As a woman, I know I've been too hard on myself, never completely satisfied with how I look. When I danced in high school I was brutal on my body image. I constantly counted calories and looked at food as the enemy. Now I have a great love affair with food and hardly ever look at the the calorie
content on the nutritional label. I've come to learn and understand my body and truly appreciate it.
One thing I have always loved are my freckles and each summer I love them more as they multiply exponentially in the sun.
I think we as women need to learn how to gracefully accept compliments and not be so negative about ourselves. Who is with me?
So, go on, tell me—what's one thing you love about you?

My head full of curls. I hated them growing up and still struggle with a love/hate thing...but honestly, I am the only girl I know with this much hair that can shower and get out of the house in 20 minutes. I would NEVER be able to operate curling iron or straitening iron. My hair defines me in some ways.
